7-day exchange

You can exchange any item for a different size or colour within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• To start an exchange, send your order number and photos of the item on WhatsApp (0335 7593902).
• For size or colour exchanges, you cover the delivery charge for sending the item back. We send the replacement to you free.
• Clearance items can be exchanged but are not eligible for a refund.

Wrong or faulty item

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace it free of charge, or refund you in full by bank transfer if a replacement isn’t available.

Refunds

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, but we’re happy to exchange instead. Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
